Nia Harries MFHT, DipCT, IIHHT qualified

Nia Harries is a complementary therapist who grew up in Llanddeusant, which is just up the road from Myddfai, and returned to the area earlier in 2013 to begin her therapy practise.  Nia felt a particular draw back to this area, and the mountain ranges that house the legend of Llyn y fan Fach, which is linked with the Physicians of Myddfai, helped to inspire Mountain Therapy’s name.

Mountain Therapy is based around the concept of working with the body and trying to relieve problems and re-balance the body in as natural a way as possible, using mainly various massage techniques and reflexology.

Treatments currently available include Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy blend Massage and Reflexology;  Indian Head Massage organic facials and Hopi Ear Candling

Mountain Therapy aims to tailor each treatment to the individual and can help to alleviate stress, muscle tension and stiffness, lift the mood, improve sleep and relaxation, encourage a sense of wellbeing, and in some cases help to ease symptoms of illness and ailments.

Nia is happy to discuss any treatment with you and to tailor a session to suit your specific needs. Treatment prices start from as little as £15 and we can do 30 minute, 45 minute or hour treatments depending on your requirements.

Mountain Therapy’s clinic in Myddfai is held on Fridays between 10.30am and 2.30pm by appointment only. To make an enquiry or to book an appointment please telephone Nia on 07977091853 or email mountaintherapy@live.com
