A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 5th January 2015 in Myddfai Hall.
Present: Cllr’s Hywel Lewis, John Morgan, Carol Dyer, Garient Powell,
John Griffith, Gareth Hughes and Garient Davies.

Minutes of the last meeting read, found to be true and signed.
Matters Arising: CCC letter sent on 7th July 14 still no reply Cllrs John Morgan and Garient Powell reported that a number of cars have been pulled from the deep ditches on the road into Myddfai. CC James already consulted clerk to contact CC again
Bt Internet in Rural areas Clerk reported she had spoken to a number of members
Of the community about this matter, asked for details of the problems with the person’s name and address No letters received
Correspondence: CCC. Planning seminar Fri 13th Feb Cllr Griffith may attend
Adoption LDP filed
BBNP 19 LDP adoption of this was Dec 13 Consultation from 24th Dec 14 – 19th Feb 15 Filed
Planning Guidance notes available online
Chief Executive Mr John Cook and Director of planning, letter asking if a revisit would be required, Clerk to contact BBNP to request revisit.
OVW Transport plan download filed
Dyfed Powys Police Questionnaire 2015/16 precept completed and posted.
Welsh Gov. Trunk road speed limit review Questionnaire completed As A40 is only going through little of councils area there was little to say. The junction of Bridge Street and A40 – parking was add to comments.
Planning: BBNP 14/11558/FUL New access to facilitate forest operations near Rhyblid Bridge No objection
14/11559/FUL Rhblid House Alterations to access No objection
Finances: As required for Audit a plan of Expenditure 15/16 completed and brought to council
Precept for 15/16 discussed, and increased by £300 form completed signed by Chair and Clerk
Final Instalment received by CCC – £850 for this financial year
