Minutes from Sandra Beard

A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 1st February 2016 in Myddfai Hall.

Present: Cllr’s John Morgan, Gareth Hughes, John Griffith, Geriant Powell, Hywel Lewis, Carol Dyer & CC Andrew James

Before meeting Council had meeting with A.B.C. Adfer Ban a Chwn,abuilding preservation trust turning derelict/redundant vernacular buildings into affordable housing in rural areas

Minutes of the last meeting read, found to be true and signed.

Matters Arising:

Mobile phone Mast- letter from M.P and Government explained the new mast is not going to be built due to ‘time frame’

Dog Warden – Clerk contacted and owner of dogs has been visited and a covering letter will be sent to property occupiers

Ditches and other problems – CC Andrew James met with Mrs Ruth Muller Director of Environment and Highways letter to be sent to Mrs Mullen

Planning:

CCC E/33167 Land at Cwmcowddu erection of a 3200 bird poultry unit with siting feeding bins, creation of vehicular access and other association works
