A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 4th March 2024 in Tỹ Talcen.

 

Present: Cllr’s Hywel Morgan, John Griffith, Catherine Hughes, Carol Dyer.

 

Apologies: Cllr Hywel Lewis, Gareth Hughes, Margaret Davies and CC Andrew Davies

        Budget: 2024/25 Budget Clerk explained due to Training Admin Expenditure needed to be increased

Bills to Pay:

New Webroot protection and problem with printer Total £60 cheque signed

Confirm Payments:

          Many of the donation organisation have replied. Clerk reported that British Legion were contacted due to wreath cheque not being banked as the 6 month timing runs out April.

Planning:

CCC: Pl/07181 Green Grove application, discussed and council feels they are unable to support the application

 

     Donations: Deferred to April

 

    AOB: Complaints of Pot holes near Tyn Garn and a passing place needs attention as it is covered with grass.

The gullies along the road by Llwynwormwood have become deep causing problems if car wheels drop into them CCC Mr Quick to be contacted
