Mae dau gwrs, 5 ac 8 milltir, dros lonydd bryniog a llwybrau coediog.

 There are two courses of 5 miles and  8 miles, over undulating lanes and forest tracks.

Mae hefyd Ras Plant dros 2.25 milltir i rai o dan 11 yn ogystal ag i blant rhwng 11-14, i ddechrau am 7.20pm.

There is also a Children’s Race  of  2.25 miles for those under 11, and for those 11-14, starting at 7.20 pm.

Codir: ₤1 i Blant a ₤5  i Oedolion.

Entry fees: Children  ₤1 and Adults ₤5

Bydd pob un yn cymeryd cyfrifoldeb am ei ddiogelwch ei hun.

All runners participate entirely at their own risk

All races start from Myddfai village square, 3 miles south of Llandovery.
