What’s on in Myddfai Hall from April 2024.

From May 2024 we will be re-opening on Thursdays as well, plus we will be open on all Bank Holidays in May

     Regular Classes  

• Tuesdays – Yoga 10-11.30am with Ginny
• Wednesdays- Craft class 1.30-3.30pm
• Wednesdays – Yoga- 5.30-7pm with Sonia
• Thursdays – Pilates– 9.30-10.30am with Sonia
• Thursday book Club last Thursday of month 2pm
