Bench – for village delivered, paid but not in situ.

Ditches – no work has been done letter to be written to M.P. and Chief Executive as this problem has been going on for over a year.

15/12453/FUL received late so information only.

Finances:

Bench purchased from Glasdon £423.60   paid

BDO external Audit cheque paid

Matters arising- Risk Assessment mater to be discussed in full information to be down load for consultation

There are Pot holes appearing in road leading to Myddfai Clerk to contact CCC- report the problem
