Myddfai Community Council- minutes from meeting on 4th February 2013

A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 4th February 13 in Myddfai Community Hall.


Present
Cllr’s Hwyel Lewis, John Griffith, Gareth Hughes, Garient Powell, Carol Dyer, John Morgan and CC Andrew James.

Minutes of previous meeting were read, found to be true, signed.

Matters Arising 

CC James reported that he had approached the appropriate departments of CCC regarding problems at Lanerch goch, Rhiw Rhydings and the road past Dagfa Farm, will continue to update.

Hydrant outside Delglyn no response from Welsh water to be represented next month

Grant for computer ect completed and decision to be with in 30 days.

Correspondence

CCC – Guidence for Community Councils Natural Environment, CC James explained what is proposed.

Hywel Dda – Consultation clinical services report to be filed for reference

 OVW – £1.25 million has been made available for communities in Wales for reason that all councils have a website.

Planning

 

CCC – Public Footpaths at Glasallt granted Ref RW2/54/CJFo original cons

E/27632 Alterations to bungalow at Glasallt Fawr No Objection

E/27658 Retrospective Planning Round Lodge – application for amendments to original consent that were deemed more than minor amendments.

Letter to CCC that planning should be applied for in correct order and that a garage is a garage nothing more.

E/27498 Old Forestry Stores Cilgwyn Retention of Agri. Building and associate ground works   Decision –  Refused

Finance

Bank Statements – Current £1813.12    Reserve £77.12

Donations

As in previous years all donations are delt with towards the end of the financial year.

The following were given £20 – Bobath Child Therapy unit, Marie Curie, Talking Books Wales, and Cruse Bereavement Care.

Dyslexia Wales £25

£50 – Red Cross, Llandovery Town Crier Ass, Y Lloffwr and Macmillan.

£100 given to Urdd Gobaith Cymru amd Carmarthen YFC.

Total £505.
