A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 6th November 2017 in Myddfai Hall.
Present: Cllr’s John Griffith, John Morgan, Hywel Morgan, Hywel Lewis, Gareth Hughes, Geraint Powell, Carol Dyer & CC Andrew James

Fire proof Cabinet Quotation from Morgan & Morgan Office Solutions Council agreed with quote Clerk to order
Clerk explained about Dementia Meeting in Llandovery in October Myddfai received a Certificate as they support the Dementia Scheme

CC Andrew James – meeting with Street Scene at CCC and had reports concerning Myddfai’s constant complaints of maintenance not being completed in the area. Council also received a letter from Jonathan Edwards As/MP explaining what CCC views these contradicted constantly CC James to copy of letter to take forward to County.
CC James also reported- BBNP reported damage to Usk Reservoir
Recycle – reports will be presented in February 18

Llangadog School new building to begin January 18
15th January 18 Llangadog Hall meeting with Chief Constable
Cllr Gareth Hughes has had a report that the gate post by Rock Farm no longer holds the gate the Steel post on other side intact Letter to CCC
Cllr G Powell Reported that the style in Llwyn Iar Woods in need of repair/replace CCC to be informed
Clerk to write to CCC concerning Parking on roads leading into Llandovery causing problems for farmers ? change Carpark fees Curtesy letters to CC Handel Davies and Llandovery Town Council regarding this matter

Before the meeting Mr Robin Barlow came to speak to council about A Trail in the Making a walking trail from Craven Arms following the Heart of Wales Line to Llanelli. Council agree to donate at next meeting Clerk to find account details
