A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 3^rd July 2017 in Myddfai Hall.

Present: Cllr’s John Morgan, Gareth Hughes, John Griffith, Geraint Powell, Carol Dyer Hywel Lewis

Before the meeting began a New Councillor was sworn on to the Community Council- Mr John Hywel Rees Morgan read the declaration , Chairman Cllr Hughes welcomed Cllr Morgan to the Council.

Minutes of the last meeting read, found to be true and signed.

Matters Arising:

There have been no response to the letter sent to Mr Quick from CCC concerning the roads in the area, Cllr Powell reported other areas, Cllr Griffith offered to speak again to Mr Quick.

While roads were being discussed it was reported about the condition of the verges, problems – vehicle vision and narrowing of the roads. Clerk to contact Street Scene If problem not resolved then Local MP to be contacted

BBNP Concerns of Caravans being parked at Waun Y Groes, Enforcement case reference ENF/11/00916/CV area already being investigated. If no response, in 12 weeks target time BBNP to be contacted again.
