A meeting of Myddfai Community Council was held on 6^th June 2017 in Myddfai Hall.

Present: Cllr’s John Morgan, Gareth Hughes, John Griffith, Geraint Powell, Carol Dyer Hywel Lewis and CC Andrew James

Minutes of the last meeting read, found to be true and signed.

Matters Arising:

Cllr Griffith had seem Mr Quick from CCC concerning the roads in the area and while reporting other areas were mentioned so therefore clerk to write to Mr Quick concerning the new areas.

Cllr Hughes reported on the caravans at OSGR where another caravan has appeared as 3 have been parked on the area in the last month or so Clerk to write to BBNP on this matter. Letter to adjoining farm to be sent out of curtesy.

Voting for the Co-opting a new councillor there were 4 applicants voting was decided every one vote, least votes to be dropped. Mr Hywel Morgan was the successful applicant. Clerk to arrange Induction course and in July Mr Morgan to be sworn in at July Meeting.
